WizBake sheets are PTFE coated glass cloth manufactured into reusable baking sheets, used to line the inside of an oven tray, cake tin, bread pan or frying pan. When using a WizBake baking sheet, you do not need to use any grease or non-stick spray. The sheets can take temperatures up to 260 deg celsius and to clean, simply wipe with a damp cloth.

Yes. The 330mm x 400mm sheets are pre-cut to fit a standard oven tray. We also sell larger sheets to enable you to cut the sheets yourself to fit specific trays and pans. The sheets can be cut with normal scissors.

Do not fold or bend the sheet, store it rolled up or permanently in your oven tray to save space. Do not use sheet as a cutting surface. When cleaning, do not use aggressive detergents or abrasive sponges. Do not use the sheet on a direct flame.

The moulds are made of 100% silicone suitable for alimentary use from Silikomart Professional and are ideal for the preparation of sweet and savoury recipes. Light, resistant and practical, SilikoMart moulds are the best alternative to all baking trays and moulds made of other materials. They can be used while cooking in a gas or electric oven, in the microwave and to consolidate in the freezer or the blast chiller. They resists temperatures from -60 C up to 230 C, can be transferred directly from the freezer to the oven without any variation in product characteristics. The thermal conductivity of the silicone guarantees excellent results when baking, while the natural non-stick ability and flexibility allows quick, easy and perfect demoulding, reducing loss of time and ingredients. They can easily be washed under hot running water with a sponge or in the dishwasher. They can be stored using minimal space, folded or rolled as they always return to their original shape. The correct use guarantees a duration superior to other traditional products.

We recommend that before using your mould for the first time, grease the inside of the mould to improve it's natural non-stick effect. This procedure is only required for the first use, never again there after.

Before using the mould wash it with warm soapy water and grease properly, first use only.

The moulds can withstand temperatures from - 60°C to +230°C (-76°F to +446°F), thus safe for use in the fridge, freezer, microwave oven and conventional oven.

The Safe Ring is a removable support which improves the stability of the mould. It is an exclusive patent by SilikoMart.

Always make sure the Safe Ring is properly in place before transferring the mould with preparation to the oven (if applicable). Do not heat the mould on a direct flame. Do not use knives or other sharp objects directly on the mould. Do not wash with aggresive detergents or abrasive sponges. Do not use the mould in the microwave under the grill function.
